Quick list update.

I made some chocolate chip cookies as well. Am going to go and sit in the garden with a coffee while the sun is shining. I haven't sat on the new garden furniture yet and it was delivered last Wednesday.

Manic Monday ~ Kitchen and dining room
[STRIKE]Open the windows and let in the spring![/STRIKE]
Sweep and Mop the floor
Clean the icky filters and drawers from DW's, WM's etc
Wipe the cupboard fronts, all the appliances and all those manky corners!!
Wipe the table, replace cloth if needed
Empty and clean out the fridge.. including the drain hole bit at the back..
Pick a cupboard and empty and clean it out and replace only what you wish to keep!

Supportive-type vibes for you, Lamewolf. You and Mr LW are in my thoughts.

The HH extended itself and I'm now gasping for a mug of fruit tea, which I can zap in the chalet micronuke as it works and is installed in all of its glory in the kitchen. Dog walked, Scottish dog-sitter lodger has changed his bed (and it's the superking, so I'm very grateful - I love having ex-RN chaps to stay, they're so well house-trained), other lodger's bed changed and extra pillows and towels put out for her boyf arriving tonight, dog food being cooked, washing up done, flasks bicarbed for tonight, and I'm about to change our bed. After that, I might make myself clean the shower room and then, I think, I'm going to have a bath myself. (Normal dogsitter was delivered of a 5.5lbs boy at 12.30 am this morning.)

thanks for the company honeybear,
DH rang me so i had to find some stuff out for him. then shock all settee throws outside after remembering that one of the small people that was round at the weekned snapped a bracelet so there were still millions of tiny beads all over, settees throws and cushions are now all beadless and tidied. swept through all of downstairs, wrote a couple of cheques out for scouts and found DS2s hiking boots as its a wlak tonight.

need to go and do stuff in kitchen now, another HHC at 4pm anyone?

It's so lovely and relaxing out here but I need to get stuff done. Will be doing a HHC at 4.30 if anyone wants to join me?

How did everyone else get on?

Trying to decide on lasagne or spag bol for tea, can't make up my mind.

I kept you company between 4 - 5 pm and it's all done, apart from my bath. I've also found the online instructions for the closest to this model of the micronuke and have been using it for the last hour.

all recycling sorted and bagged, the paper bin in the lounge has also been emptied, only a couple of bits of shredding so ill do that tomorrow.

compost in garden bin turned over to mix grass clippings and veggie stuff

going to finish off kitchen now and do DS2 early tea as ive arranged a left to scouts for him in a bit as DH wont be home in time to take him
