How to clear partial toilet blockage

A plunger just runs the risk of pushing anything blocking along the pipework - you have other toilets but not aware of how the pipework links up - at the moment it affects one.... but push along it can affect elsewhere along...
more direct contact allows for removing what might be blocking...0
