Open your own forum, post what you want, put your name to it, and stand up and be counted, and don't just whine anonymously on here and expect others to take the flack for you?

Like you posting this junk anonymously I guess ! If you read this the thread that has been put up by MSE Andrea she accuses everyone of naming parking eye what they are, now you have posted here you are accused of the same thing.

The point is that mse has invited people here and created this forum, now after a letter from utter scamming scumbags they are trying to stop people posting advice against these scamming scumbags, ironic that they don't want to find their corner on this .
When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

Guess the answer is to move en-block to another forum such as Pepipoo where no such censorship (to my knowledge) takes place?

I did ask the question on PPP, as long as posts are not defamatory nor abusive and comply with the site rules, Fredd is happy for the posting to continue.

The forum rules we put in place are intended to avoid making spurious defamation claims easy, while still allowing the forums to serve their function of "provid[ing] the information motorists need to defend themselves".

Personally, this is where I will be most of the time.

    I don't post anonymously.

All of my contact detail work, and I registered with a real name and address. ParkingEye know who I am.

This is getting tiresome. We have gone through this nonsense twice before in the last couple of years and in the last case it took weeks before anyone was prepared to stand up and offer an explanation.

The forum may indeed be private but appears to hides behind that fact to allow it to censor comment it believes may be unwarranted and/or has elicited a complaint. Does it investigate? Has it made it its business to establish the facts? Were it to have made any enquiries whatsoever, then the MSE staff would now know the facts.

BM is not making baseless allegations with regard to the site in South Hampshire and I therefore urge MSE to examine the facts before running and hiding.
My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016). :(

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com

Except that Pepipoo get all defensive and shirty if a certain bloggers legal defence books and court procedures are mentioned (see signature) and posts get deleted there too.

Some PPP forum members have had to have posts vetted before posting again as a result :)

Just to clarify - you mean MSE were told by a parking company ban a list of forumites to back down on legal action !!!

are we talking here of Parking Eye spy or the other one that I know causes a few perky problems !

I've asked forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com why my sig was modified.

See if anyone can guess the reply...

Strangely, though, no PM, no email explaining why I am being deleted all over the forum, and no response from MSEAndrea to my complaint.
