Why are Factual messages about parking companies being deleted?

I have posted several times, factually, about a specific site in South Hampshire where a parking company is operating fraudulently.

At least three times, this has been deleted. Yet I have had no explanation as to why this has been deleted, nor any email or private message.

Can I please have a public explanation as to why MSE is both deleting my messages and modifying my signature without even a "by your leave" and show where in the forum T&C this restriction on freedom of speech is permitted?

As above, it's a privatey owned forum they can delete whatever they like. It is obvious you are not going to get a response from a MSE official so either keep posting with the knowledge posts may be deleted or stop posting.

We all know it is unfair and I would say the vast majority of people on here fully agree that we should be able to say these things but it is perfectly clear we are not. Bleating on about it is going to make no difference whatsoever and is starting to sound even more like a broken record than when we shout "READ THE NEWBIES THREAD" to people asking for help

I'd like Martin Lewis to examine and comment on the issue, as required by the Editorial code.

Well done MSE. Your fear of Parking Eye and the way you've handled whatever their legal team has sent your way has meant several new threads popping up about the sneaky, bullyboy tactics employed by P.E.
I don't care who tells me that a mod has a hard job. There's no excuse for the deafening silence around this issue. If Hill Dickson have sent you a letter then it's easy for you to just say so.

Guess the answer is to move en-block to another forum such as Pepipoo where no such censorship (to my knowledge) takes place?

Open your own forum, post what you want, put your name to it, and stand up and be counted, and don't just whine anonymously on here and expect others to take the flack for you?
