Telephony units had a lot of communication. It will be sorted out overnight today so tomorrow. If the effect has caused any charges whatsoever(ie Direct Debits, Standing Orders or Cheque payments), they will be refunded as it was a Bank Error. Anyone who needed to get out money could have done so over the counter at all branches. I hope that clarifies the issues involved.
Hey, was just wondering - will these unauthorised overdrafts affect anybody's credit report or internal score? I know the charges will be refunded - but will it leave a black mark, that any future credit applications may become harder?
This is what I am really concerned about.0 -
no it shouldn't because it was a NatWest bank error. Seems like all was back to normal today. I agree about the communication side of things. It seems i have to do the work for them. Come on guys at NatWest, you could have have communicated better.0
