Do I need to do anything in the meantime?

And is the assessment date the decision day?

So hopefully I need to do no more except post on here when my appeal is upheld or otherwise? (fingers crossed)

It may not be the exact date, their notifications say on xx/xx/xx or soon after.
If P E are going to respond to the appeal (which they don't seem to be doing at all at the moment) then you will get an evidence pack close to the assessment date which you need to check in case you want to submit any additional points to POPLA regarding the evidence pack contents.

But would suggest you check back here every so often in the meantime to keep abreast of any developments - for example should P E start to reply to POPLA's with a change of tack re their GPEOL justification etc

Got my 2 POPLA letters with a date of mid June.

I'll let you know how I get on, here's hoping it's another win for the common man and common sense

Got 2 emails from POPLA, appeal allowed in both cases!
