    Hi,
Elance.com is like ebay but for web stuff. You basically post what you want and what you are willing to pay. Designers bid for the work and give you a price. You can see their feedback from previous clients and also you can pm them any questions. You choose someone and usually pay 50% upfront and 50% upon completion. rentacoder.com is another one that does the same.

try the uk business forums - e-commerce section, lots of talented (so they tell me) web designers on there.

Have you tried your local colleges? Adult education and higher. THere may well be enterprising students who would love the chance to do some real credit work for real money. Go via the IT dept and talk to the tutors to see if they have anyone in mind, or even if they have a work-experience project on the go.

Also. My husband works for a company (based in Wales) who do web design. They usually get funding for start ups and charities through the WDA and government incentives. If you are England/Scotland based might be worth seeing if there is something simmilar available.
I know at the moment there is a scheme to pay for your website/trianing if you are a company that will be exporting/importing their product from Wales.

    Hi

www.scriptlance.com has always worked for me, post your project, get bids on your project, look at web designers feedback and feedback scores and select someone with a decent price and LOTs of good feedback.

Hardly the cheapest provider, the OP was asking for "the cheapest", your posts are just :spam: for the services you offer yourself. Also, you have been on other threads spamming your domain hosting website URL.

Please answer the question of the OP rather than just looking for opportunities to spam MSE and leaving live URLs on busy forums!

    Hi,
I am sorry if my post did sound like a spam.. I have deleted it anyway.. but why you think it is not the cheapest option out there??? did u ever ask for quote??

and I did answer the OP by telling him the pro website which in my view is cheapest (other then students option which someone has already mentioned )..

and about the domain business i have also mentioned 1&1.com and even recommended their services... I hope you dont think I own it :)
  • I have used Scriptlance and usually good last project wasn't completed and they have my money. Make sure you only send a max of half money first and rest once completed.
Help me to help you :santa2:

Well, on the besoftware site on the /price-page.html page the prices are quoted "from" £595, £995 and £1895 for your website packages. Finding a decent developer/web designer abroad via scriptlance.com is far cheaper than the prices advertised on your site, and as a web developer/designer you would know that your prices are not the cheapest. Hense the spam alert post - it looked like an opportunist leaving a live URL in a busy forum thread.

Also, you mentioned 1&1 as a host, but, you have also mentioned another host (your reseller site), so, you know yourself that you have been pushing your own sites. Anyone who runs a whois query will see you are trying to spam MSE with 2 of your own sites.

You have made very few posts and within that little post-count there is alot of spam.
