Goodness Sancere is a bit expensive to be throwing in food but as they say the better the wine the better the Jus ( gravy to you and me)

lol rose, hope you enjoyed,
I was helping out cooking 4 trays of sausages
in the kitchens for sausage & mash night last week
we have them once a month for any of the residents & their
families to come along to,
also have jacket spuds nights & sometimes a curry night,
but have to be careful cooking the curry so's it's not to hot
for the older ones :eek::rotfl:

We had sausages in rolls for lunch. Have got the steak pie organised now so can relax for bit after I check on washing.
