hope your pie turned out ok sax & well done
making it yourself,
always think home made tastes much better & I usually
do but I've been known as well when in a rush to use ready
made, does make life easier & it's much quicker

Good Morning,

Sun shining away here - hope it stays out.

Hope your pie is nice Sax. I always use bought pastry on mine I must admit. Even my 2 chef sons say the bought stuff is fine and I have seen them use it on the TV programmes too.

Will have to go food shopping today. DD bought a tank and goldfish yesterday and has decided she needs another fish so she will be coming with us I expect. That will make the bill higher!

Pie turned out well in the end, was a lot deeper than i thought. Will go for the shop bought pastry next time as i think i cut it a little short on the top In the freezer at the moment, will probably take a day to defrost

Hi everyone, got back late last night. We had a fabulous holiday. The Hotel was lovely and couldn't find fault with anything really.

Not read back as have so many emails to sort etc and also have to go and pick up my dogs from Sister.

If I have missed anything major perhaps someone could let me know so I don't put my big feet in the wrong place, if you know what I mean.

Sadley DD's FIL passed away yesterday after about 12 weeks in the hospice. My GD is really upset at the moment. Also had a phone call from DH's son to say he is in hospital in Leeds so have that to sort out as well.

Will try and pop in later.
