Good Morning

Wet and windy today but I think sun is trying to come out.

I'm getting very nervous about going back to work, I've had 2.5 years off! Only doing 3 mornings until Jan (then every day). I'm more than ready to go back but don't think little one is ready. She has been with me 24/7 since she was born (2.5 yrs ago), she has going to nursery 3 morning a week for the last month which was going really well but has picked up a cold and has been really miserable the last week in nursery.
I'm not usually a worrier but I do worry about little ones feelings. I need to man up I think.

Kitten, you've every right to worry! As parents it's our job to worry! Hope you manage to settle back into work

Sure us nippy here too! Lots of leaves off the trees now, covering all the dog poo on the ground! There's a few folk around here that think it's ok to let their dog poop outside your house and along the road but don't bother picking it up!

Good morning all, its rained through the night here and damp and dull at the moment.

Poor DD worrying about the EB. Its understandable really, I think a lot of us are worried too. Big hugs for her.

Must get the bedrooms cleaned today I think and finish the ironing.

Morning all/ Nice dry day here and fairly calm.

Thanks for all the shingles feed back, surprising just how common it is really. He has been using Calamine but will suggest the bicarb in the bath, wingo, anything that might ease it worth a try.

On a brighter note...I'm going to have a new grand daughter just before Christmas :j Have known since May and my DS2 & his wife wanted to know if it was a boy or girl. Their wee girl, who was 4 this week is telling everyone her sister will be called Daisy (last week) or Anna Elizabeth (this week):rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Also got a wedding to go to next week in Fort William, OH's niece so that will be a nice break and will surely cheer him up

Hi all!

Feeling quite a bit better here, and have managed to get myself into work today which is good.

Ebola is quite a serious worry now, I have to say. They seem to have been very, very lax in their containment of it from the beginning, which hasn't helped. Time to stock up on bacterial hand gel and carry some with you at all times I think and just be more cautious than usual.

Ellemm, I hope your OH manages to get some relief soon. The wedding sounds nice. I love Fort William too. Gorgeous place! And congratulations on the impending arrival!

My nephew was notified yesterday that he's been accepted into the Aresnal U12's development centre, so he was very, very, very excited! lol He did start the phone call with me by assuring me that he was still a devoted Everton fan though! hahaha Bless him. I bet he didn't sleep a wink!
