  • firefly have you been watching ITV news and weather? They were showing some albino hedgehogs that have been took into a Center. They were saying that we should be putting food and water out for them at the moment.

Yeah they normally say cat food and water is best for hedgehogs Sylvia. My dad would never listen and gave them biscuits and milk which apparently kills them eventually! :o He used to say they enjoyed it!
Well done on the swimsuit :j Got any pics? :D glad all went ok at the dental hospital this morning :)

I don't know if I want to sleep, comp or watch TV! (Might do all three! :p)
Big thanks to all who contribute to the forums. Be lucky everyone and be safe!

  • thanks for that info firefly, very interesting. I wouldn't have thought of eggs though. It did mention to be careful with strimmers on the news as well.

Don't think there will be a pic Wingo. They haven't even asked about size so hoping it will be a voucher when it comes.

  • About 2 weekends ago I was hanging washing out the back and nearly stood on a hedgehog, had to look twice as at first I thought it was a brush! It sat for awhile then slowly went for cover under my fucshia tree. Hadn't seen it since. Must watch out for it and give it some food. Do have a massive spider swinging on the outside of my back door and every time I go out the back its a game to get out before it jumps on me. Some times I get fed up and get a brush and knock it off but next time its back again. As long as it stays outside.
So far this month no wins. I didn't win in August either. Have won 15 prizes this year to date so not complaining.

  • Sheils I think they would have to work on me if a spider landed on me. When I wait for the bus after work there are trees overhead, sometimes I feel something falling on me, mostly leaves, had a few green fly but my biggest fear is a spider.
Your photos are lovely on FB, weather looked good.
If anyone likes porridge Iceland are selling 10 sachets Instant Porridge for £1 (usually £2). I have stocked up for the winter.
