Morning! Bit late today but had a few errands to run on the way to school! Lovely one here but very cold. I put Honey's little pink woolly jumper on her today and I think she really appreciated it and looked so cute too! I have already ordered her a reindeer outfit to wearr nearer Christmas - it is so cute with little antlers and a red nose on the hood and jingly bells attached too!

Hoping for a lucky week for us all!

I put conkers in the house last yr indie and hardly saw any. I'm off to the woods round the corner looking for conkers later!

That was good of DH to get your spider out the bath for you Sylvia Does he not torment you with it like my DH does? My youngest DD has a remote control tarantula and she keeps insisting on hiding it in our bed! The little witch!

I've been on phone to school to let them know DD had an early morning app with camhs and she would be a bit late and told them I was annoyed about a letter I got from them saying DD's attendance was 92%. She was only off last Monday poorly and I sent her in rest of week as she had jabs at school. She hasn't been late in this term yet except today so I don't know where they get their figures from! I already sent her in still poorly rest of week as I didn't want her missing out so god help if I had let her stay off rest of week! It's so annoying as I never let her stay off for no reason!
Rant over! Best to get ready for work!

Morning all bit brighter now it was wet and very dull first thing. Hope everyone has a lucky day. Forgot to say last night son dil and gks are of to New York for a week in October school break. Kids will love it.

Goodness my internet is so slow today even had problems with tv earlier so take it something is going on with my provider anyone else had a problem today? Update no internet or tv now so I am using dongle and freeview box. Phoned company and they say work is being done? but should be back up later told them we should have been informed and I am looking for compensation as situation has been very inconvenient they are sending me out a claim form

I tend to use google images or similar on iPad Sylvia then click on image you want, (you might need to press 'go to site' to view image and copy it properly because of hot linking ). Once you've pressed copy on the image, to paste it in here there is a little yellow box above here where you type (looks like a mountain with a sun) click on that but delete the 'http' then press paste in that box and the image should come up in typing box. (Hope that makes sense!)

There's lots of complaints around here about big spiders and now son reckons there was one in bath near plug hole with a white spot on its head and fat body! It wasn't there when I looked. I must go get them conkers!

That's great for your son & family Rose I bet they will love NY. Not that I've been like!
