hiya wingo, love the pic
depends if we have a mild or bad winter with some of the
herbs, majority of them die down & regrow in spring,
rosemary, thyme & sage will be ok if we don't
have too much snow/bad weather,
great DH is still in bed & you can comp in peace:j
please be a responsible pet owner & spay/neuter your pets, too many strays & not enough homes for them sadly.0 -
Made my mind up today that I wouldn't chat in here until I had hung the last piece of wallpaper! It has been a long job with all the new plugs and having two windows to go round. Yea......h just finished:):)
Just got to get the blinds and curtains back up now and clear up.
Hope you have all had a lovely day.
SYLBIG THANKS TO ALL WHO POST THE COMPETITIONS0 -
Sylvia, well done on finishing your wallpaper - you should relax with a nice treat this evening.
It has felt cold here today too Wingo. When the sun is out and you are shaded from the wind it doesn't feel too bad, but when it clouds over and the breeze hits you it does feel nippy! Loads of brown, orange and yellow leaves blowing about too - Honey is fascinated and wants to chase them!
FF, your herbs sound lovely! I grow sage, and mint and make my own sage and onion stuffing and mint sauce. I keep meaning to grow more and will get round to it one day!
Had an easy day today and all my ironing is done and put away so I am going to chill later!:TA big thanks to all who post and sprinkling lucky dust to all who enter :smileyhea0 -

Lovely day here, caught the sun a little also, we went to watch Swansea 10k and caught up with some old running friends. Walked the socks off the little one!!
Watching Sunday at the Palladum and Jason Manford has put some weight on don't you think? I do like him though but not as much as I like Michael Mccintyre.....something about him!Let's be happy!!0 -

Just randomly came in for a read and saw a mention of Finchale Priory. Don't live too far from it and haven't been for a long while. Had some lovely visits when I was younger so thanks for the reminder0
