Hope you manage to find your energy soon Bella! The kids must be draining you! I'm feeling a bit down that the kids have to go back to school soon but I suppose we need to get back into a routine again

Good luck for DH's scan today Sheils xx It's great that they can offer them nowadays to be on safe side. My brother had an aneurysm removed from his aorta a few yrs back and now he has a graph put there. He is quite prone to blood clots though anyway so gets regular checks. Hope you get caught up with everything

hope all is well,I am fine today,been so busy this week as havent stopped I am so glad its friday as I am out for a meal with friends tonight and then on to Karaoke cant wait!

I went to Wetherspoons last night with other friends to their curry night and ate a Beef Madras,it was delicious
