think it's worse in this weather sheils to keep trying to think
of dif things to do for dinner when it hot,

Really hot weather tends to put me off eating so have to force myself to cook or would be living on salads and sandwiches. But if it is made for me I will eat it . When son was at home I didnt have a choice he used to just eat and eat Always said he had hollow legs as he never put on weight.0

Had 4 'yazoo' beakers delivered today (not the band) from a comp that i have no recollection about. Handy as the kids now have one each as they've been losing (no idea how) the others
3 hr swim today, knackered and looking like a prune.0 -

Hello everyone! Sorry to have been quiet lately but about a month ago I fell into a dark little hole and I have only just managed to pull myself out of it (if you know what I mean without going into detail). But I am feeling happier now and I think having the kids off school this week has helped because I haven't been on my own throughout the days
The heat has been getting to me lately too! As you know I suffer from insomnia so I don't sleep well anyway, and the hot nights have made me worse! I have been getting really bad migraines day and night but they have started to settle with medication from the docs. So thankfully and hopefully I am on the mend!
Glad to hear you are all well though and winning too. I haven't done too badly this year up to now and have quite a stash of prizes put away for Christmas already!
Going to have a glass of rose this evening in the garden as it has been lovely all day! The Sunderland Air Show is on this weekend so we have had quite a few planes flying over today! Enjoy your evening too xx:TA big thanks to all who post and sprinkling lucky dust to all who enter :smileyhea0 -
