DH's DD2 has just arrived so will not see much of her before we go tomorrow.

My bt email account has been hacked and have spent the last half hour on the phone getting sorted before we do. Glad I am already organised to go.

Glad to hear that your building work is coming along nicely now Sheils. Glad to hear its your extractor fans that are knackered and not you LOL.

I have asked Sister to pop in and let you know that we have arrived safely but not sure if she will as I had to show her how to make a post as she has never made one before so treat her gently please:rotfl::rotfl:

Will try and pop in before we go tomorrow if I have time, otherwise see you in a couple of weeks.

Sheils, glad your work is coming along nicely You can breath a sigh of relief! You're so lucky having two bathrooms! DD1 spends at least two hours in the bathroom nearly every night now! We could really do with an extra toilet/shower.

Have a fantastic hol Sylvia, you both deserve a relaxing holiday I bet Lottie & Sukie will get spoiled at your sisters!

Did you try out your gino recipes fire**fly? I just fancy some stuffed peppers, must try them sometime. I've been greedy and won 5 fanimals now! (Only thing I am winning!) Two are for the nursery classes in school.

Well my kitchen is empty and ready & waiting! Just hope they turn up tomorrow as they haven't called yet! Then as soon as this is done I need to sort out rest of 'forgotten' DIY around house! (Just need to find that 73m lotto ticket first! )

Hope all goes well for you and the kitchen wingo! I remember what a nightmare getting the kitchen done was. Washing dishes in the bath was the worst and not having a washing machine to use either. We only had one joiner though and a plumber and electrician who came when needed. The upstairs shower room is really DH and my ensuite but everyone has had to use the electric shower with downstairs being out of action. Bath is now in place though and all sealed but waste pipe things didn't come today like it was supposed to so not quite ready for use. Seals have to dry anyway and will have no heating or hot water tomorrow! DD has been known to spend over an hour in the bath.


DS2 has just made a beautiful birthday cake for DD - all chocolate and cream! Was worried he wouldn't get it done tomorrow as electricity will be off for a while.

Morning! Not too well yesterday and still feel yuk! Been up since 2.30am so got all my dailies done and caught up (it is 05.23 now!) Feeling dozie now so off for a shower before the kids wake! Going to be a long day!

Not very nice looking here and supposed to turn wet again. Expect it will be cold too when we aren't going to have heating!
