Hello everyone.

Got back from holiday last Saturday. We stayed in a converted barn in Marloes, Pembrokeshire. It was lovely. We went with the in-laws, SIL and her boyfriend. Dex had such a good time, and my wheelchair withstood the beach! We also went to a farm/zoo and had a cream tea on a steam train. Dex was perfectly behaved and made me a proud mummy.

Speaking of motherhood, for those who aren't my Facebook friends, I'm pregnant. I had my 12 week scan just before we went on holiday and everything is fine. The scan photo is so clear! I'm terrified as I struggle a lot with the physical side with Dex but I have a lot of help and Dex is such a smiley boy so I must be doing something right!

Glad you kept your DD off wingo. I used to hate sports day as I was rubbish and my mum always made me go and went on and on about how sporty my sisters were. I always said I would keep mine off if they wanted but they all turned out to be sporty!


Sun blazing away here although I think it is to rain tomorrow.

Saw some of your posts on holiday LadyM and glad you had a great time. I love Pembrokeshire and have been a few times. Congrats again on pregnancy. Two are a lot harder to look after than one but with lots of help I'm sure you will be fine. I was lucky with my last two and used to get them both sleeping at the same time in the afternoon and just used to put my feet up!

Been out for a walk and it is really hot now.


Meant to tell everyone that "Boris" had a little girl about a month ago. I only found out a few days ago but forgot to mention it as I was away.

Who's Boris sheils? I always associate Boris with a spider.....but I'm sure if it was....there would be more than one baby!

You're right fire**fly, I should have told them about salad having same date on. I was just in a grumpy mood! Lucky you getting the big strawberries! I suppose the little strawbs were ideal for packed lunches.

Glad the holiday went well LadyM I saw the pics on fb and it looked like Dex was having a great time I'm sure you'll be fine with the other little ones arrival, you're a natural Dex is absolutely gorgeous and should be a little model, he is very photogenic

Nothing in post for me today, I think Postie has forgot where I live!

Boris used to pop in here sometimes wingo and used to post the radio Caroline Quiz for a little while.
We haven't had much mail lately either.

Must have been a real shock! Think how much organising you do before a birth and suddenly having to go out and buy stuff. :eek:
