Hope your DD is feeling better now Bella.

Things aren't going too well here. Bathroom floor was a lot worse than they thought and whole floor being replaced. Joiner been working on it all morning after bath taken out. So back to not having any water.
Plumber took new boiler out of box and it had been damaged before it was packed by the look of it. Won't get new one until Thurs. So much for Worcester Bosch being best make. Do have another nice radiator fitted in livingroom now though so something has been done.

Goodness shiels I'd be moving in to a B&B by now hate major works being done as well last time I had upheaval I borrowed friends caravan and lived in courtyard in it for a week. Anyone got a win yet today?

Council man gone and all was OK I think. DS has had his hair cut. Every time he goes they ask if they can trim his eyebrows and he nearly jumps out of the seat. I keep threatening to cut them when he is asleep but I think he would leave me :rotfl::rotfl: Packing all done.

Thanks for your Buddha pic Wingo - have given him a rub as well. Hope your hoover and dishwasher has come now.

Sheils I am sorry things are not going too well with your bathroom. Will it be done before DS returns from Aus?

Well done on win f**f I got a packet of sunflower seed as well will pot some up for grandkids they love watching them grow and water them faithfully and tie them to canes. Last year the two of them got competative to see who could grow the biggest lol. Glad everything is ok with Council Sylvia.

We have moved out in the past rose but kids are all here so couldn't leave them. Bathroom floor was a shock and wasn't planned for.:(

That's shocking that sheils about the boiler being damaged before hand! We we're gonna go for a Worcester but decided on an ideal one. Plumber talked us into it but it's so complicated! Hope you get your floor sorted out soon too xx

Dishwasher & Hoover came. I'm waiting to do our fajitas for tea but DH has plaster all over kitchen! I'm hank marvin!

Well done on fanimal wins FF & wingo.

We had a dreadful Ideal boiler wingo which had a tank underneath it. Supposed to really economical but it was a disaster really and had several leaks and break downs hence the Worcester one. Chatted with all the Gas engineers that came to house and they wouldn't have any other kind.
