Hi
My 9 month Plusnet broadband and anytime phone discount has just gone from £27 to £36. Apparently I provided a promotional code at the time but cant remember doing that. Has anyone got an up to date code for this? Also is £36 a good price?
Cheers

It was probably a new customer discount that the agent applied. You will still have at least 3 months minimum term to go on your current contract and possibly more if it was an 18 month one. You are unlikely to get any extra discount until you are free to move to another ISP without penalty.0
