Great that you enjoyed the film, Emz. It's horrible when you wish you were somewhere else.
Andy's win was in no doubt even though his opponent improved greatly in the final set. Although Andy has been playing so well this Wimbledon he hasn't really had much opposition. Yet anyway. Not sure who he is playing next but he should cope with whoever it is. Caught a bit of one of Djokovic's matches the other day. He looked very sharp. Can't stand the guy actually, prefer Nadal who seems a genuine sort of person. The next few matches for all the top seeds should be very nerve-wracking for us viewers:eek:
Didn't realise that David Ferrer had been ill just before Wimbledon (some sort of tummy bug but serious enough to make him pull out of the pre-Wimbledon warm-up in Holland that he normally wins. And pulling out is so not like him). Meant he got no grass practice whatsoever before Wimbledon but he didn't make any excuses for his defeat, just said the other guy played better. I hope he'll be back to normal soon.0 -

I managed to watch some of the highlights last night. He's always a great player to watch - some of the shots he pulls off are amazing.

Everyone has been saying that Murray hasn't had enough of a test yet, but then the guy can only play and beat the person put in front of him. He plays Dimitrov, who I have to say is a very good player. I don't think he'll be able to beat him in straight sets, but I think he'll come through in 4.
Nadal's bugging me a bit at the moment with all his pre-serve rituals and taking forever in between points. I know the guy has OCD, but it must be annoying for the other players too. I've only ever seen him get one warning for it though (in the course of a match). But the one who bugs me the most is Federer - really can't stand that guy. So, so arrogant.
It's a shame that Ferrer was unwell and out of practice on grass. I'm sure he'll be fighting fit again for American part of the season.
