Virgin media package question any help appreciated

Hi

So I am looking to move in with my partner we both have virgin packages phone TV broadband.

One for £38
One for £63

Has anybody ever heard of them combining the two packages for a better deal to save on cancellation costs?

Thanks

P.S I have been a Virgin Media customer for 6 years and have a very good loyalty credit every month.

I would say that your chance of that is zero. They will charge you the full ETC owing on your contract. Loyal or not, the total spend is reducing.
Why not cancel the one with the lower ETC (which may or may not be the cheaper one, depending on the minimum term remaining), and then (if that is your partner's account), do a home move of yours to the new address? This will of course start you on a new minimum term contract.
No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)
