Rights to see your T-Mobile bill?
For several weeks now it has not been possible to see my T-Mobile bill on the EE website. From looking at the forum (http://community.ee.co.uk/t5/Announcements-News/Access-to-bills-for-T-Mobile-customers/td-p/114459) this is widespread.
I am about to leave T-Mobile (not due to this), but would really like to have access to my bills, especially the final ones.
From everything I see, attempts to get bills sent/visible have proved futile. Getting hold of Customer "Services" akin to "Mission Impossible".
Given that I cannot validate the bill, am I within my rights to cancel my direct debit? Surely they would then have to send a bill to be paid? (I have my PAC code which I must use within 28 days).
I tried to find the T&Cs for my (expired) contract on the website, but that is another "Bridge Too Far"!

Cancel the direct debit and you'll wreck your credit history for the next 6 years - and they will send it to their debt collectors.
Send a formal compalint to complaints@everythingeverywhere.co.uk; if they ignore it, wait for 8 weeks and then complain to CISAS (on-line). Demand free paper billing since their system makes it impossible to get them on-line and (if they fail to deal with the complaint before going to CISAS) ask for free paper bills, any out of pocket costs resulting from the lack of bills, a written appology and £50 compensation. If it gets that far they will immediately concede to those demands.0 -
If you do leave you will get your final bill as a paper bill.0

I've been in a similar position unable to view my online bills. I have called EE/T-Mobile twice and they have sent me a paper bill free of charge. On the second occasion, I was told there would be a charge, but when I challenged the logic (i.e. not my fault their systems don't work!) I was sent it for free.0
