Thank you for all the replies

I have applied with Leap force. I looked at Sensee but you need a PC and I just have a laptop. I have also applied for freelance audio typing working with an agency.

I have signed up to bubblews and have upped the ante on all the survey and click sites. I have also bought some stock for Ebay and I am just waiting on it arriving.

Why do they require you have a PC and can't use a laptop? I don't quite get that.

Good luck with ebay. I hear it's hard to make money there now because of all the fees. Where did you buy your stock from?

I don't do Ebay but i would think finding somewhere to buy your stock from would be the easy part. The hard bit would be finding what stock to buy.
You're going to have to do some research to find out what people want to buy but there are few sellers. Look for the next big thing.

I make about £500 a month doing online jobs. It's hard work and I split my time between different sites. There are lots of scams out there but I've found some good sites.
I'd personally recommend the following: crowdflower (various microtasks), leapforce (search result validation), and trivago (writing hotel descriptions and other small tasks). Let me know if you need help signing up with any of them.

Thanks you< I have signed up for Crowdflower and am working away as we speak

Not sure if this would appeal to you but have you considered childminding or babysitting? It takes a while to get set up as a registered childminder but the money is ok depending on where in the country you are. It is a 'proper' job but you get to look after your own child too.

I am looking to get £600 this month for my holiday in a months time. I have earned about £200 from mystery shopping (from last month), Have an audit job promised (hopefully) for £98, ebaying and car booting for rest.

However I found it an AWFUL lot of work, for little pay, not saying it isn't possible, just difficult and I am exhausted!
Would hate to try and o this every month:D

  • Do you not have to start worrying about the tax man chasing you if you start earning this kind of money from home?

No, because i declare it! Self assessment takes me about an hour a year if that. Very simple.

I am not concerned about the tax man, I declare all earnings, even the year I made £12.00 mystery shopping.

I am organised each month, so my self assessment takes me 45 mins each year.

Child minding is out of the questions for me, my child is adopted and is very jealous and wouldn't be able to share me with others.

I have singed up for some micro task sites and have undertaken a few tasks so far.

I have a mystery shop planned for Friday and waiting on the Ebay Stock arriving.

Doubt I will manage the £500 a month and am now considering a Saturday job.

going to book an apt with CAB to ensure we are not entitled to more benefits as it seems low, compared to some others

Also found 26p on a run yesterday, hahahahahaha
