EXPIRED £83.50 worth of RITUALS home fragrances for £15 (inclu p+p)

I sent another email badgering for some news and received the following on Saturday:


Thank you for your email below.

From our current understanding it would appear that boxes that we had dispatched to Northern Ireland have not been delivered by the Royal Mail. This has only become increasingly clear over the last couple of days and we are awaiting further details from the Royal Mail.

I am arranging to have replacement boxes dispatched, not by Royal Mail, as soon as we get new products into the warehouse. I am hoping that this will be by Tues next week. I will keep you posted.

I emailed the again yesterday and got this reply

Thank you for your email and sorry to hear about the non-delivery of your Rituals home accessories box.

We have experienced some delays with the Royal Mail’s delivery service on this campaign. I have asked our warehouse to send out to you a replacement box tomorrow.

I am very sorry for any inconvenience caused.
For the outstanding box, if this is delivered, if you could refuse delivery it will then be returned to the warehouse.
