Dear Apologies on the slow response. We have been trying to ascertain what has happened to a number of the Rituals home accessories boxes, specifically some deliveries into Northern Ireland. We have learnt, today, that a couple of the boxes sent to Northern Ireland, have been returned to the warehouse, and we are trying to ascertain why this is the case and how this has impacted on other boxes being delivered. I appreciate that this does not assist with the delivery of your boxes and doesn't answer your question. I am anticipating a further update from our warehouse / Royal Mail tomorrow. I am sorry. I very much wish that this wasn't the case and as I learn more I will keep you informed With best wishes Tim

I received this email at about sevenish last night (Thursday) too. Hopefully they can get the problem sorted whatever it is and send us our packages.

The PO van stopped outside house this morning...driver got out..looked in bk of van went and got his signature device ..... looked at my number again

Then walked across the road!

Still nothing

If it wasn't for the great reviews I'd ask for a refund:(
