I haven't received mine either. How long do you leave it before trying to claim your money back. I have had no emails at all, spam and junk folders are clear. Money was taken out of account at beginning of May.

At least 28 days - but why not wait a bit longer? There have clearly been issues with getting stock, so another week or so seems likely.

Mine arrived today, no despatch confirmation beforehand. Pleased for £15 but would never have paid the full price.

Apologies but there appears to have been a misunderstanding. The email from us below advises that we will be in receipt of delivery of the products, yesterday, into our warehouse.

Received mine today and used the rose and almond hand lotion its lovely

I have not had any emails or anything from them btw

delivery was by royal mail so good chance others will be receiving them shortly.
