Ditto. I've had lots of feedback the very next day after sending an item by collect+ economy. I send about 15-20 parcels/month and have probably had this happen 3 or 4 times in the last couple of months alone.
Yes it's a gamble when you send it but not when it arrives as it's fully tracked.
