The answer surely is obvious, cut out the childish low level abuse, by all means call their mo a scam, but do not call them scammers.

I would tend to agree with this. It's tempting to be dragged down to their level, but it's like the use of the word "alleged" by the media: the direct accusation is avoided, the "legality" preserved, yet the force remains almost the same.
Can't "we" be better than them.
Under no circumstances may any part of my postings be used, quoted, repeated, transferred or published by any third party in ANY medium outside of this website without express written permission. Thank you.

Call a horse a horse, call scum a scum ! I'm not going to alter what I think of these companies because they try and bully people, I was taught as a child to stand up to bullies and take the fight to them. Sorry but what you are asking is a step too far, if it gets me banned from this site, then so be it!

They only use the word alleged until it is proven in court. You wouldn't call Gary Glitter an alleged kiddy-fiddler, he's a kiddy-fiddler, end of.

there is something to be said for a company which drags disabled pensioners and families visiting sick and dying relatives through the civil courts to recover a loss they didn't even make on land they don't even own.

some of the terms posted here aren't strong enough in my opinion.

i'd love to see "trance enthusiast" and head of legal Rachel Ledson rationalise her bullying and dishonest conduct (ie by sending out pages and pages of lies to anybody who dares question the authenticity of their parking charge) in front of a SRA disciplinary panel. That day cannot come soon enough.

I implore everybody who gets one of these dodgy bundles of lies to make the effort report the conduct of Parking Eye's Head of Legal to the SRA. Send the whole bundle to them.

Rachel Ledson and Parking Eye Ltd are typical bullies in repect that they believe if they continually assert something loud and often enough it will somehow become a 'truth'.

Eh? Logical thought process malfunction alert? Surely a scam is run by scammers.

Pepipoo don't allow the S word at all. At least here we can call the modus operandi a scam.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Listen people, mse is worth £85million [just more than PE] so there is no way the owners0 will tolerate any prospect of their share price being affected by a few 'do-gooders' on here.

    PE threatens, MSE jumps.

Parking eye do seem to have a habit of shooting themselves in the foot.

Heres a nice graph from parking pranksters blog, showing parking eyes credit rating:

    full post here: http://parking-prankster.blogspot.co.uk/2014/04/parkingeye-credit-rating-plummets.html

It would be nice to see how well the other parking companies are doing as a comparison
Im sure ive also read somewhere that PE have also got a few CCJs stacked up?? if this is true then shouldn't they be suspended form the BPA or have their DVLA access suspended?
    From the Plain Language Commission:

"The BPA has surely become one of the most socially dangerous organisations in the UK"

SRA only entertain complaints from the public about solicitors they employ or contract.
Until they receive at least 30 from people who feel they have been harassed by solicitors contacting them.
30 is the magic figure they do not want you to know.

    So get complaining.
    Be happy...;)

Yet another example of PE's bullying tactics over on PPP. The landowner has told PE to drop a court case but PE have come back with the old ploy of saying they will only cancel if the motorist pays £50 "admin charges". Some people would call that blackmail.
