Absolutely bricking it! Been doing couch to 5k to try and prepare myself

I ran the Belfast 5k Race For Life on Sunday.
Such an amazing turn out and despite the rain, it was a brilliant day for everyone!

I did the 10k in Sutton on Saturday (7th) I really enjoyed it! Very hilly course though but I jogged the whole way
