I also switched to Virgin after being treated in an apalling way by Vodafone CS. I can't fault Virgin and recommend them to everyone. Me, hubby and 2 daughters are all on Virgin now. I've needed to call them several times over the past year or so and they've always been friendly, courteous and gone out of their way to help, even if the problem isn't really theirs. It's the way CS should be!0 -

I have to agree virgin mobile are .... fantastic!
I recently bought the new moto pebble phone for my younger sister.
After watching the stupid advert where the guy throws the pebble phone into the sea she thought the phone was water proof!! anyways to cut a long story short the phone got wet...very wet and the buttons would no longer work. After a quick phone call to virgin they sent a courier to collect the phone and replaced it with a "as new" one within 24 hours .... :T"Do not look back and grieve over the past, for it is gone, and do not be troubled about the future, for it has yet to come. Live in the present, and make it so beautiful that it will be worth remembering"0 -
