Right, less of the negativity, I am going to Dad the hell out of the next few years :T
On a related point, someone left me a really thoughtful mini essay on the 'joys' of INFJ parenting on another forum, we're a deep thinking bunch. They highlighted some really good positives, as well as a few pitfalls to avoid.
I forgot that we don't pay Council Tax this month, added another £145 to our S&S ISA (bonds).
We will probably start buying baby stuff next week. Luckily, much of what we need will be covered by family, which is lovely. In return, we're keeping the costs restrained and only buying sensible things that we need.
Current budget looking like:- Furniture £500
- Pram and ISOFIX base for car £300-350
- Cloth nappies £300
- Clothes, cloths and random crap £200?
Got through my worst day of the bi-monthly work cycle today, so feeling quite relieved
Also started a few new signup offers in MB land, hopefully make c. £100 from these this month.0 -
