the letters may not stop for 6 years , but I would not pay them , I would prefer to go to court if HIGHVIEW or the landowner decided to take it that far
ideally , get the landowner to cancel it, if you can , that will stop it , otherwise, file the paperwork away for 6 years0 -
Also, is it safe to just keep ignoring the letters until they stop? Or should I just pay to get it over with?
You haven't read the NEWBIES thread we've directed you to. What are you talking about paying the fake PCN for? Do letters scare you?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
