Returning UKIP flyers at their expense

No keep it coming along with Tories I wipe my bottom using it0

I reuse political flyers.
I read them to my toddler at bedtime ..... because they're fairy tales
Our favourite one is the story where the nice Conservative councillors worked tirelessly to make sure that the lazy people at BT upgraded the cable in our area to support super-fast broadband in time for Christmas. Cleverly they did not say which year :rotfl:0 -
Put them in a big envelope addressed to them without a stamp and throw in a few copies of Gay times and Muslim weekly and it will make their day. They will also get a card to collect it from the post office and have to pay for the postage!

Sorted.
Unless the policy has changed it just gets written off by the Royal Mail as there used to be a mechanism in place to stop abuse of the freepost system. If items are posted to a general party address without a stamp I imagine UKIP will just ask for them to be returned to the sender. So the cost is ultimately borne by those who pay for stamps and the inconvenience is caused to the Royal Mail.
IMO the best way to make a political statement is to vote.0 -

Unless the candidate has arranged so.
Undelivered election material(this is different form D2Ds) will be sent to confidential waste.
UKIP will never know or see the items0 -
As much as im concerned by some of the personal opinions/remarks of some ukip members Nigel Farage is certainly pursuading me in supporting them. For years we've been voting for the best of a bad bunch, so a new prominent party certainly won't do uk politics any harm.
And at least when Nigel has a debate he is capable of putting valid points across in support of his arguments unlike his challengers whose strategy seems to be nothing more than trying to discredit the opponent rather than argue for their own policies.
Some of the comments made by ukip though are being well and truly taken out of context, the Black Country comment for example. Now who wants to put their money on the other political parties out there making this their strategy?!
As for the leaflets - not sure what this thread was actually about but I'm guessing op doesn't like the canvassing. Throw them in the bin with all the take away flyers and move on0 -
I read the thread title and expected to see a discussion about UKIP representatives having to pay for their own flights home........
Of course, it might have been clearer if the OP hadn't thrown his toys out of the pram and deleted his post.0 -

My OH's mother always forgets to put a stamp on our Xmas card each year, I always have to go and pick it up, in case it is something else. A simple card costs £1.08 in order to retrieve it. I wasn't saying send it in a freepost envelope, send it to their head office address, with no stamps on it, so it isn't classed as freepost. They cannot send it back to the sender, They don't know who sent it !
UKIP, scum, Conservatives are the only ones who will do the job right !0
