G24 Final Notice Query

As you well know, I the Registered Keeper has supplied the name of the driver to you already. This means I have dispensed with my responsibilities under POFA 2012. This now leaves you with a number of options :

1. Continue to harrass me as Registered Keeper in the full knowledge that should you, for the very first time, take me to court I will win as I have named the driver and GPEOL will also be highlighted.

2. Send the charge to the driver thus allowing them to appeal and probably cost you £27+VAT at POPLA.

3. Continue to send your pathetic letters at YOUR cost not mine !

4. Maybe you would like to send the charge to Hot Bring who is STILL awaiting his court papers promised 4 months ago.

5. Go forth and .... well .... multiply.

I will not respond to any further correspondence so you will only be wasting your own money.

**** I send emails like this quite regularly to G24 and I'm sure you can guess what the response is ? As a clue, I've not had court papers yet ! ****

They received a letter dated 20th Apr which they sent on to me which is a "Final Notice" from G24. It is because my girlfriend parked for 193 minutes in a 180 minute free parking bay at Homebase

Either name your gf as driver again (by letter, giving her name and address and written in the format as shown in the NEWBIES thread) or just ignore the debt collector letters.

Thanks for the advice. I have removed my VRN. I guess I send them a letter telling them to do one then? And that they are chasing the wrong guy!
