ISA Transfer, fund gone.

So It looks like that during my transfer of my stocks and shares ISA from Hargreaves Lansdown to Interactive Investor, one of my funds has been rejected at II and returned to HL. However HL has closed the ISA and told me everything has been completed. So I have no idea what it going to happen to my fund now, or even how long it might take to sort out.
Has this happened to anybody else before and do you remember what you needed to do. I have left a message with HL telling them to sell the fund and transfer as cash when it arrives, but not idea if they will respond to that or action it in anyway.
