If you have a problem with 3 please read
As some of you may be aware i have had a big problem with 3 for 8/9 months now due to i feel the miss selling of a contract to me. This as also been confirmed to me by the manager @ the 3 store also customer services and call centre team leaders but never got anywhere with it like so many. However today i was given a number for the head complaint on 08707 330 295 a very helpful guy called don campbell told me to call otello (ombudsman) on 0845 050 1614 as they will only look at a complaint once it has gone through them.
After calling the ombudsman the girl asked me who i was with so i informed her she said suprise suprise its 3. she gave me a ref number and told me to call back 3 @ the number above and tell them i have a ref from otello.
Sure enough i called them back and my issue was to be looked into straight away allowing 10 working days for the to resolve it.
If you wish to take this route please ensure your complaint has been going on for 3 months or more other wise otello will not supply you with a ref.
i will keep you posted on the outcome if i get no further i will be seeking legal action so i will be looking to start collecting signature's from everyone having 3 problems that have not been resolved so i can show the judge the extent of 3 mobile issues would anyone be prepared to suplly this i sent you a letter to sighn?
