Free texts?

I often text from Virgin to Virgin for 3p. However this can still amount to quite a lot of money per month.

I used to use a free text service via the internet - however it was unreliable (can't remember the site). Does anyone know of a reliable free text service?

Whats Freesmsmate like? Having a look at the T&C I came accross this that I did not find too comforting:

Sounds like a recipe for sms spam and cold calling to me.

try https://www.118888.co.uk they give you 10 free texts per email addy per day you register they also are sent very quickly

If you register your mobile with the Telephone Preference Services will that stop spams?
