That looks like ...a cheap power supply. I'd give the HD7850 a go with your existing kit. You're replacing a Radeon with a better Radeon so it should work. Just remember to ground yourself before swapping the cards (keep PC plugged in but turn switch at the wall OFF; press and hold power button for 10secs before doing work; ground yourself on the metal case).
If you find the new board unreliable then confirm the orignal card is still ok and this will point to the power supply.

I'll buy the graphivs card soon, and ill test it with every thing i have got. if i need another power supply how will i know?

PC turns off 5/10 mins into a graphics intensive game. Or computer freezes/resets randomly. etc.

You kept that quiet;)... so the thread changes direction... when does it freeze? what happens exactly? what do you do about it?

It freezes when i play minecraft and record and have a few files open. and when i play black ops 2 after a will it just freezes.
I can't press shut down i have no controll so all i can do is press the button on the tower to turn it off.
