Broadband contract period ended

Hi there, basic question here, and probably a really stupid one...

I signed up to BT Infinity on an 18 month deal with various incentives, sainsbury's voucher etc. We are now at the end of the contracted period and I wondered what I can do now. With a mobile contract I would change deal to get the incentives again, can I do that with broadband, and if so do I have to switch supplier or can I cancel and re-join with BT?

Incorrect. You had no 'contracted period' only a minimum term. The contract continues until you cancel. As you've been offered the incentive to join, it is most unlikely you will be offered the same and may have to switch. Do remember, having the ability to leave by terminating in 30 days has a value too.

Anything else will bring with it another minimum term!

Thanks, I have no issue with being tied in to a minimum term, I will want broadband service. But if the price is factored to include an incentive (say £100) over the 18 months, then I'd be mad to continue paying the regular price now without getting the benefit...
