    I have been misled which is getting money by false pretenses. If you run a business then you have to be honest and truthful. Some of these costs have to be born by the company, that's the nature of business .. oh we are dealing with insurance companies which seem to be a law unto themsleves. I dont know how anyone is expected to feel after being ripped off 55 pounds for a few computer clicks and very bad website questions.

    Thanks Ginger That makes me feel better. As usual when I started to complain to the operator and asked for someone senior, they were not in until tomorrow.

    When I google that, MSE is 11th on my list and it's a link to the money saving article, not to a sales site.
