Biggest bug bear for me is the Favorites Icon is now "Add to Favorites" and it doesn't prompt you which folder to save them to.
The new Menu button is useful though.
Any other observations MSE'ers?
Long time Palemoon user, with Firefox as backup.
Updated to 29 at the weekend and found that, for me, the essential Forecastfox, was disabled.
No problem, just edit the .rdf file as I've done before. However, for some reason this hasn't worked this time.
Firefox in all it's versions has been on this pc since this install of Win7 back in June 2011.
It's now been completely removed and replaced with 28, I'll take a chance with the potential security risk.Move along, nothing to see.0 -
Nice new update & for once, no issues with any of the plugins I use.Never Knowingly Understood.

I used Palemoon and Waterfox for quite a while until one of the updates sent PM mental. Moved back to FF via Chrome and Opera. I like to check them all periodically.Drinking Rum before 10am makes you

I have managed to get Forecastfox back by downloading the latest version 2.2.4 and then installing add-on < The Puzzle Piece 1.2.2> which brings back the add-on bar which is missing in Firefox 29.0 -
I think you all mean 'change' not update/upgrade!0

Now that this thread is as requested completely back on topic. Users who wish to stay on the new Australis release path may find the Classic Theme Restorer here useful.
Still have the idiotic oversize image I see! Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0 -
I've lost the ability to see the URL of a link before I click on it.
i.e. I used to hover over a link and the full URL of it would appear in the status bar (used to be at the bottom).
Now the URL appears in the field at the top, next to the address bar, and is truncated to uselessness.
E.g. if I hover over the <last page> link on a thread on this forum, I used to be able to see how many pages there are, now I see something like "forum....7868483".0 -
Still at the bottom on mine, in full.Drinking Rum before 10am makes you
