Weight far more significant than size. I've got some large framed pictures up at home on a single screw, probably up to 1kg at a guess. Nothing's ever fallen down.
Forget the No More Nails - just err on the side of caution when picking your drill bit - go .5mm smaller than they recommend for the rawl plug then enlarge it if necessary.0 -

Didn't bother using the no more nails in hole, I just used a slightly longer screw. However not long after putting it up, the battery failed! D'oh0
