Must try out your nail varnish preserving tip! Mine seem to separate out really quickly.

Hope everyone has been enjoying the sunshine, it's so lovely. I need to get a new facial sunscreen though, had to rely on a foundation this weekend instead. Does have SPF30 in it but would prefer to use a separate sunscreen.

32. Clinique Water Therapy Moisture glove Hand Cream 100m. WDBA.
Don't know if they still make it. Started it a couple of winters ago when my hands were turning into raw meat. Lovely but expensive. I kept misplacing it and it kept turning up, you know, left in a bag at work, fell under a seat in the car. So I'd write it off mentally as lost and then it would resurface.


33. UU- L"oreal Hair Expertise Color Radiance Condiitoner, 385 ml. Meh. Sometimes it worked well, soft, silky, easy to comb out hair. Other times pure evil with tangles. I think I only bought it for the bonus points.


34. GA- Perricone Face Finishing Moisturizer. Lovely texture and scent. Son's gf stayed over and wanted some face 'lotion", figured out she meant moisturizer (she's not the most girly, girl). Used a huge swipe of it, so figured she might as well keep it. Will buy again when I finish the moisturizer mountain of western Canada that lives under my sink.


35. TA Burt's Bees Lemon Nail and Cuticle Butter. I honestly think this stuff made my nails worse. I know I use that evil handsanitizer at work but my nails have never been this bad. Since I started to use it there were loads of fine cracks and lines in my nails. So gone.


I've really tried to like Burt's products but to date I've never managed to. Usually it's the smell or texture and I wind up giving it away.


It's quiet here the men are all out at their gun club. WonderCollie has finished his meds but has become a liverwurst addict. He sits and stares at the fridge at his "fix" times. We are trying to wean him off his drug.


It's good to know that people are doing well as are the various offsprings. Number two son starts the apprenticeship part of his course June 1 and is hoping for my hospital. I'm honestly surprized that he's settled so well. He loves the surgical tools he's been handling and understands the importance of his role in the system. As he told me the other day, "if I don't do my job well you nurses can't do yours. do you have any idea of how much this stuff is worth!"


It's a long weekend here, so it's grey and drizzly. The garden is just coming to life.

Origins Rejuvenating Hand Treatment
WNBA – Was nice but I got it in a set and I think it is quite expensive on it's own.
Neals Yard Power Berry Daily Moisturiser
WNBA – I hated the smell of this. You'd think it would smell of berries but it was a mixture of mint and fermented fruit. I got it free with a magazine and have used it as a hand lotion at work.
REN Glycolactic Radiance Renewal Mask
WBA – Does seem to make my skin glow after using it.

I've ordered a hand cream from TBS in their 40% sale as I now have no more hand cream! I also have no more body lotion but begrudge buying more when I still have such a big stash, it just happens that I don't had any of the essentials!

got through the weekend and quite enjoyed only having myself to think about!YSL goodies just arrived
am going to try and sell an eye pencil as black just makes my eyes look dead, they seem to get good prices on flea bay so fingers crossed.
total haul !was a full size primer and lippy(apparently the in colour rosy coral...looks a bit orange but hey lets have a change!)two small lippies in pink (same shade ) two small mascaras, a small eye cream and a sample of after shave......may give to DH if he improves a bit for hols(he takes years to get through a bottle, keep telling him it goes off!only paid for the two full size things

I've not had time to keep up with the thread and having a very slow and boring month in terms of the everlasting products I have on the go, that just won't go away. :rotfl:


Finally got to the end of a Neutrogena, wrinkle repair serum 29ml WNBA as whilst it felt like it smoothed and filled in some of the cracks, I hated the silicone feel of it and the fact that anything that goes on top of it just rolls like crazy. It was a chore to use it up.
