ASDA Mobile Problems

Anyone else experiencing problems with Asda Mobile since last evening ?.
We transferred to the new Asda Network several weeks ago to 'avoid the rush'. Asda have since contacted us (by text and phone) to say we are on the old network and need new SIMs (although how they can achieve this with only a day to changeover when it took many calls and weeks to get the new network SIMs when we asked weeks ago, I do not understand).
Contacted Asda who confirmed in writing that we are on the new network and do not need to do anything and, guess what, both of our Adsa phones cannot send or receive calls or texts BUT they show signal and network name of 'ASDA Mobile'.
Anyone else experiencing this ?.

Rang ASDA Mobile at 08:00 and got straight through to Chris. Explained problem and Chris knew exactly what to do - both phones now working.
REASON for problem - Transfer to EE Network had not been done correctly by ASDA Mobile !. (Why had both phones been working OK on new EE network for several weeks ??).
Very relieved to speak to someone at ASDA Mobile who knew what he was doing - thanks Chris.
Experience of ASDA Mobile over the whole transfer of network episode - shocking. Will use up credit and go elsewhere.0
