Morning all,
Welcome Lemonbee. :hello:Glad to have you aboard.
Ive been sleeping the clock round lately but I must be getting better because last night I couldn't sleep. I tossed and turned for ages before finally dropping off.
Didn't do much in the house yesterday so I've got bits to catch up on today.
My Daughter, Grandson and fianc! are at the airport ready to board the plane. Its their first holiday abroad with their little man.
DG I'm ok thanks. Thanks for thinking of me.
Mr and Mrs LW. Many hugs and thinking of you both.
Molly, be kind to yourself.
Onwards and forwards,

Hi everyone, and hello to Lemonbee,
Molly, I'm glad to see you're posting, be patient with yourself and progress at your own pace.
Still not a lot going on here. DS was supposed to bring round some dining chairs they want returning but he didn't make it last night. They are quite expensive folding ones but the fabric on the seats doesn't match and they've been told by the company that they can't guarantee a colour match! How ridiculous is that.
That reminds me I must ring M&S, I ordered some stuff for DD and one of the pasta bowls arrived broken.
LW, thinking of you.
Have a good day all.0 -
Morning all,
Hello Lemonbee
Just back from first job and sitting eating breakfast. Really quite hungry today although I must try to eat less. I was looking through my dad's photos at the weekend and found one of me aged about 18, can't believe I was that skinny or that I used to think I was fat! I'm hoping DD's Wedding next year will eventually give me the motivation to shed a few pounds. Talking of which, my plan this morning is to sort out some space in my wardrobe for her WD as we are going on Saturday to get it.
Made a lime and chilli thing last night with tuna and veg, actually turned out quite nice. Chicken tonight.
Beautiful sunshine here now the mist has cleared so off to put the WM on again.
Happy Wednesday0 -
Morning all :-)
Aching a lot after yesterday's hospital appointment, but really need to get to grips with the house. I'll just have to take the cleaning and tidying very easy.
I'm due back to work next week, although it will be short time initially, so need to start getting organised, and have been worrying about fitting in all the washing, cleaning etc. From Starrystarrynight to Starrystarrynight1 and now I'm back...don't have a clue how!0 -
Morning
Sorry flying visit as I need to crack on. Been busy week this week so far.
Educational Psychologist went to assess DS yesterday, lovely lady but probably a waste of time. Off to a behaviour course this afternoon which runs for next 12 weeks. I figure if I do enough courses something will stick and work at home:rotfl:
Tea will be something with chicken and peppers......haven't decided what yet.
Time to go and hoover and clean bathrooms while I have the time.
Hugs and spoons all round xx
Lemon bee welcome
LW big hugs for you xxI have a gift for enraging people, but if I ever bore you it'll be with a knifeLouise Brooks

Good Morning everyone and welcome Lemonbee, glad you have joined our happy throng
well I'm improving by the day and last night went to Quiz night at the pub (first time for nearly four weeks ) and although we didn't win I had a great time and my friends picked me up and delivered me home afterwards which was so kind of them.Only three more weeks to go before I can drive again:).
Today I am off to DDs at lunchtime and will stay overnight as son-in-law has his college day tomorrow which means both he and DD are gone by 8.00 a.m. so I will walk DGS Mikey to school at 8.30.DGS is delighted to have his Gran back under his thumb even if its only for one night:):)
I have been resting as told, yet find I could still sleep for England at the moment .DD says its the bodys way of repairing itself, I do hope so as I don't like feeling energy-less IYSWIM.
Right time to crack on and make a few cakes to take with me at lunchtime ,the boys like to come in after school to some of my biscuits or cakes and I've not been baking for awhile.
Have a great day everyone what ever you are doing. The sun is shining here at the moment which is lovely and my little bit of washing that I left overnight on the line is blowing nicely
Cheers chums JackieO xxx0 -
Strangely tough morning at work which is why I've wandered in here - trying to get a bit of sanity!
Need to sort out problems with a bank about my mum's POA. We went into the bank last week and now got a letter asking to bring in the certificate, which we have already done. Seems the chappie missed out the first page. Mind you that was easy, the building society wanted to ID my mother who didn't have any identification on her. That took a long time of 'discussion' to sort out - I had all my ID and there was no need to ID mum as she was the account holder and the donor. One other BS sent her off shopping as she was bored sitting.
Plenty of OS - might have to raid the booze cupboard to alleviate the stresses of the day. Not often for me but today is the day.
I fall asleep really easily and really quickly and just stay asleep. I've been trying to listen to a podcast for the last week and have only heard the same first ten minutes each time. Tonight I will fast forward it and miss them out, perhaps I'll have heard it all by Friday.
Good to hear of recoveries going on. Healing vibes to those who need them.
Best get back to my work.0 -
Hi all.
Welcome Lemonbee.
Thank you all for the continued good wishes and posi-vibes; Mr LW will be seeing Dr P at 07:10 tomorrow, so hopefully we can get to the bottom of what's going on. He's also got tomorrow off work on Annual Leave, so don't worry about me if I don't get here to post, ok?
Bless him, he had me worried again this morning; it's his habit to always text or call me when he gets to work, so that I know he's got there ok. He has a 32-mile drive to work, and I have GAD as part of my mental health issues (Generalised Anxiety Disorder) so if I don't hear from him, I'm convinced he's lying dead or injured in a ditch somewhere. Well, he got pounced on by his boss the minute he got to work today, so didn't get chance to call me; by 10:30 I was frantic; anyways, I texted him, and just asked if all was ok, and he called me back straight away. I kid you not, that man is my whole life,:heart2: and if anything happened to him.... well, it doesn't bear thinking about.
I've had to tweak the meal plan today; originally we were going to have pasta fusilli in cheese sauce, but we're running very low on cheese, and I don't want to resort to buying SM cheese when the Farmers Market is on Sunday (I get a month's cheese at a time from there) so we're going to have tagliatelle with a sauce made with tinned toms, and veggie hot-dogs cut in chunks instead. Mr LW has diced the onion I need for it ready for me, so I shan't be risking my fingers.:A
Posi-vibes and GWS wishes everywhere they're needed.:oIf your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)0 -

Afternoon all,
Welcome lemonbee love your name, you won't find a nicer bunch of people anywhere:)
LW good luck tomorrow, positive vibes, I know exactly what you mean, I would be completely lost without dh, he's my rock.
So slept a touch better last night, would be lovely to lay my head down and wake in the morning fully refreshed, ah well
Out with dh today. He was going to cheshire to do a couple of pricing ups so I went along for the ride. The countryside is beautiful.
Couple of quieter days now as DGS and DD are away until Friday.
Need to pop into the supermarket for a couple of bits. Chicken salad and rice for tea which is my favourite.
We need to get on with the bathroom this weekend and have some stuff for the tip.
Ds3 gets his mock results today, fingers crossed.
Have a good day all xStarted Self Managed DMP 10th May 2017.
