And here's number 10 for the collection.
Too knackered to even think about going out and spending money as was up till 1 a.m. waiting for DS to return home after his school prom night. Hired the full evening suit rigout and he looked very suave and James Bond-ish indeed. He had a good night but was a bit down as he bottled out of asking anyone to dance, and felt he should have in order not to look stupid. OH had a good chat with him from the male perspective and I did the sensitive female stuff. At least that's his first big formal social occasion out of the way, and as we keep telling him these things will happen in their own good time. (He is nearly 16). A week off from the exam schedule now, then just half a dozen exams to do the following week and that will be his GCSEs done and dusted.
I feel very proud of my baby boy at the moment (until the next time he's in git mode and giving me a lot of verbal.....)One life - your life - live it!0 -
I haven't left the house today and won't be going anywhere later - so that's # 8 in the bag for me. I'll need a blinking miracle to make it to 14 though!0

Nargle~Scary how they grow up.
My bestest boy is 21 this year.
Where does the time go?
When he was at a close family members funeral recently, he looked so grown up that I had a wee sniff.I am a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Mortgage Free Wannabe & Local Money Saving Scotland & Disability Money Matters.
