    Sales of Goods Act still applies to B2B contracts.. it's just the retailer can exclude sections if they choose to. I believe this is still governed by Unfair Contract Terms Act as businesses can be consumers when the goods being purchased are normally supplied to consumers.

    When something is on a particularly good offer, you stock up as you don't know when (or if) it will be at the same good price again.

    Yeah but the budget versions of goods smart price/value are always cheaper still & you can buy them whenever you want. The long and the short of it baring that in mind you'd be a bit stupid to buy loads of goods just because they were on offer for a fridge that hasn't arrived yet.

    I'd do something like this. Make up something about you have insurance to cover it but the insurance company need some photo's.
