    Unfortunately my application got declined.

I have been a LloydsTSB customer over the last 5 years and I still have my current account with Lloydsbank. Do you think it makes sense to write to TSB to highlight this fact and ask TSB to reconsider?

May be. I am also with Lloyds and as far as I am aware TSB cannot see any information held by Lloyds Bank.

I did put this to the test recently and did a search for a TSB loan and came up as 29 percent but tried it with Lloyds and came up as 4.9 percent. When I queried the difference the advisor in branch said its because you are new to us.

However had no problem getting a current account online with TSB.
