Any ideas for neg feedback for the buyer from hell ?

Hi
I am about to leave feedback in response to a psycho buyer who gave me my first neg ( and ruined my 400 feedback 100% score ). Now im not bitter , uhmnn, but she really was a psycho. She asked for a refund of 10p at the end of auction because she had bid twice ( her fault ). Nice me did. Then she wanted postage discount. No prob.Item arrived in 2 days. Then she complained they were full of air ( when they were totally brand new ) .Also as they were totally sealed, and coloured containers, how the heck could you tell they were full of air. Me started to guess she was ....
I offered her a refund if she returned them,( although I knew nothing wrong with them thought I could sell) but that was not good enough for psychobidder.
So she wanted a full refund plus postage for returning the items Plus compensation. Noticing she was new (6 feedback ) and had left two nasty comments before, I lost my patience and told her to get lost. She has since sold one of the air items in her own account. So...
About to leave neg what comments can I write ??? Have fun but remember I have to sound like a saint :A

Not a response as such Cat72 (sorry!) but if you put an http:// etc web link in your response, from other ebayers posts I believe this ensures that the ebay team will remove the feedback. My question to follow this through is does this mean that Cat72 would return to 400+ positive if ebay do this or does feedback stay as it is now? (Just a thought that if Cat72 does this it may be the solution or is that too simple.........!!?!) Good luck Cat!

and issue you with a warning on your account which you could do without.

don't be afraid of a neg, if you have 400 pos with 1 neg, i'd still buy from you.

put their phone number in teh feedback, BOTH will get fully removed

though, personally i'd neg them and take it on the chin

buyers see 100% positive as a way of bargaining, quite frankly if you had not been 100% this time round you prolly would have had a better experience with the buyer

honestly, leaving them a bad neg (use ebay tiawan to get 125 characters of nastyness in there) will do much worse than one bad neg in 400 + yuou have
    money saving my @rse.
I've spent 10x as much as I would if I had never discovered this website :-)

Cat72, your post is a very important one and I hope people read it.

Anyone can leave a neg, it doesn't really do a lot of damage in the long run, however, a very carefully worded neg will do a lot more harm that a rude comment ever can.

I can understand what you are saying about you wanting the neg to be 'just right' but I'm sometimes not so good with being concise enough in a neg to get my point across, I'm sure there are some very clever people with words on this board who can offer some good selections.

Don't swear or be nasty as it will just work against you. I find the best negatives are factual, they make you come across as more honest. People can spot retaliatory negs on your account and they will generally overlook them.

I'd put something along the lines of:

"BEWARE - Tries to get discounts by threatening you with neg feeback"

The point is to warn other people to give them a wide berth.

I like that VH, it would certainly worry me if I saw that on a person bidding on one of my auctions.

Negative Feedback is always a real pain, I know I was gutted when I got my first one which was totally unjustified from the buyer. Now with a feedback rating of over 600 I have had 4 negative and 5 neutral and usually these are from impatient people who can't wait for a response or who want refunds and won't wait for it to arrive.
This is perhaps one fault in the Ebay system that if someone deals with you unfairly and you leave them a justified negative feedback they do the same to you just out of spite. There does not seem to be anyway to prevent this which in my case often means I do not leave negative feedback for people because I know I will get a negative left for me even if I don't deserve it.

In you case I suggest a feedback along the lines already suggested:
Caution - this buyer tries to bargain at end of auction by threatening sellers - AVOID.

Also make sure you add them to your blocked bidder list and please let us know who they are so we can do the same.

    Cheers and happy Ebaying.
    Peteraj.
