Dialling new ASDA(EE) to get PAC
Now my number has been ported from old ASDA Mobile (Voda) to the new (EE) I am trying to get my PAC as I want to transfer to another provider. ( Can't wait to get away from their total incompetence).
The number for getting a code from new ASDA Mobile appears to be
08453666990, but each time I phone there is silence, a click and then "please hang up".
Does anyone know why this is happening, orby what other means I can contact ASDA to obtain my PAC? Please!

From their website:Asda Mobile helpline on 2732 from your new Asda Mobile SIM or 0845 412 2732 from a landline
Have you tried either of those?====0 -
Yes, those numbers are for the old ASDA Mobile services only, as is made clear when one phones! I am using land-line number as I have no desire to top up: I cannot get away quickly enough from the shambles.0

It's bizarre they list them as new Asda then, why not phone the number and ask for an alternative (or even ask them to transfer you)?====0 -
I have! The line is awful, so I doubt I could even understand were they to reply with my hearing, and I must have been hanging on for yonks.
Don't worry,I have and will try any path to get to those =*&% idiots.0 -

As it sounds like it's really a complaint on a lack of a number and poor quality on the other number, you can make a complaint online:
https://mobile.asda.com/complaints/new
Or you can phone the complaint in:If you would like to make a complaint over the phone please call us free on our Complaints Line by dialling 0800 952 0393.====0 -
Tried 08454122732 at 730ish. Line far clearer and spoke to some one with a degree of polite firmness, so thus far problem solved, unless the PAC doesn't work. Wish me luck.0
